Issue: AI and robotics are automating many traditional jobs, particularly in manufacturing and services, risking unemployment and economic instability for workers worldwide.
Goal: Draft a resolution that promotes international cooperation on retraining and upskilling programs to help workers adapt to AI-driven industries.

Issue: AI is increasingly used in hiring, promotions, and performance monitoring, but biased algorithms can result in discrimination based on gender, race, or socioeconomic background.
Goal: Draft a resolution that ensures fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI-driven workplace systems.
